Women from the designated participating nations are required to apply:
- For the school year beginning in September or October of 2024–2025, they must be accessible.
- In order to be eligible, financial need must be proven.
- To pursue a master’s degree, candidates must hold an undergraduate degree.
- A requirement is English proficiency.
- Those who hold two nationalities are not eligible to apply.
