Morocco’s adaptability and resilience are strengths, but its mental health quotient of 64 is average globally. This paper, based on surveys of over 500,000 people worldwide, highlights the psychological effects of the COVID-19 epidemic.
Smartphones early in childhood have a significant impact on the social self. Younger Moroccans with smartphones who have similar symptoms are more likely to discuss suicide or be hostile. Morocco isn’t alone; mental health is still a global issue, especially for adolescents.

With an uncertain future, understanding the relationship between technology and mental health is crucial to improving society’s health.
