Established in 2001 by ICAO and Singapore, the DCTP provides developing ICAO member states’ eligible government officials with 10 scholarships and 330 fellowships. This programme, which is run by the ICAO Technical Cooperation Bureau and sponsored by the Singaporean government, runs from April 2022 to March 2025.

How to Submit an Application
Step 1: Obtain your Director-General of Civil Aviation’s endorsement or nomination.
Step 2: Fill out the nomination form and send it in with a copy of your passport’s biodata page and a passport-size photo.
Selection Standards:
- Eight weeks prior to the start of the course, applicants will get notification of the outcome.
- An award letter will be emailed to the selected individuals.
