The Machel-Mandela Internship Program, named in honor of former South African President Nelson Mandela and his wife, Graca Machel, is presently accepting applications from interested parties. It is administered by the Brenthurst Foundation. This program seeks to become one of the most prominent in Africa, supporting the leadership development of the continent’s future generations. The Machel-Mandela Internship supports the Brenthurst Foundation’s effort to develop and assist Africa’s future leaders by concentrating on the continent’s growing youth population.
The post is anticipated to be filled by June 1, 2024, and the chosen applicant for the Brenthurst Foundation Machel-Mandela Internship Program must begin full-time employment for a minimum of six months. The intern might be foreign or from South Africa. The Brenthurst Foundation’s offices in Parktown, Johannesburg, will serve as their principal site. Interns will collaborate closely with Foundation employees on a range of assignments and initiatives, some of which may require travel abroad.
Benefits:
- A monthly all-inclusive stipend is provided by the program, along with housing if needed (subject to Foundation Policy).

Eligibility Criteria:
