UNESCO World Heritage Young Professionals Forum 2024 in India (Fully Funded)

The fully financed 10-day UNESCO World Heritage Young Professionals Forum 2024 in India is slated to take place in New Delhi, India. “World Heritage in the 21st Century: Building Capacities and Exploring Opportunities for Youth” is the theme of the Forum, which is being hosted by the Ministry of Culture in association with the Archaeological Survey of India. The Pt. Deendayal Upadhyaya Institute of Archaeology in Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India, will host it from July 14–23, 2024.

An excellent chance to learn more about one of the oldest Indian cultures is provided by this forum. Its main objective is to improve and broaden the knowledge of young professionals in the field of protecting, preserving, and promoting World Heritage sites that are cultural and natural. Participants will have interactive conversations and get a thorough understanding of international ideas pertaining to sustainable development and world heritage. Notably, scores from the TOEFL or IELTS are not needed to participate. More information is given below.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Candidates must be between the ages of 23 and 32.
  • Students from all across the world are welcome to the UNESCO World Heritage Young Professional Forum.
  • The following areas should be of experience to candidates: digital technology, tourism, art history, conservation, archaeology, architecture, urban planning & regeneration, restoration, and world heritage.
  • Candidates need to be available for the full Forum period.
  • English proficiency is necessary because the Forum will be held solely in English.
