Eligibility Criteria:

Age requirement: As of May 1, 2024, applicants must be between the ages of 16 and 40.
Participants who fit the eligibility criteria include young activists, creative directors, legislators, artists, students, and experts in related subjects.
The standard of application materials and the degree of motivation demonstrated will be taken into account in the evaluation criteria.
Applicants wishing to apply for the fully funded category must pay a $16 application fee.
