Eligibility Criteria:
- The Kazakhstan Government Scholarships for 2024 are open to all people, with the exception of Republic of Kazakhstan nationals, for all academic levels.
- To be eligible for the scholarships, applicants with a bachelor’s degree must have completed a higher secondary education program with commendable academic standing.
- Applicants for master’s programs must have a diploma or bachelor’s degree (or its equivalent) and a GPA of at least 3.0 out of 4.00.
- Applicants for PhD programs must have at least a master’s degree or diploma (or its equivalent) and a GPA of 3.0 out of 4.00.
- For admission to master’s and doctoral programs, applicants must be proficient in a foreign language.
