- Candidates for PhD programs must be no older than 40 years old and have a bachelor’s degree.
- For native English speakers or those who have finished their undergraduate or graduate studies in the language, there is no need to take the IELTS or TOEFL tests; instead, they can provide documentation confirming their university’s English language proficiency.
