Eligibility Criteria:

For Indonesian Applicants:

  • Must be a citizen of Indonesia.
  • Hold a degree in Natural Sciences from an accredited Indonesian university.
  • Have a minimum GPA of 3.00.
  • Be under 30 years old at the time of application.

For Australian Applicants:

  • Must be an Australian citizen.
  • Hold a degree from a major Australian university in Social Sciences, Humanities, or Natural Sciences.
  • Achieve a GPA of at least 3.00/4.0 or 5.25/7.0.
  • Be under 30 years of age.

For UAE Applicants:

  • Must be a UAE national.
  • Hold a degree from a recognized UAE university in Social Sciences, Humanities, or Natural Sciences.
  • Have a minimum GPA of 3.00.
  • Be under 30 years old.

For Japanese Applicants (Outbound Scholarship):

  • Must be a Japanese citizen.
  • Have graduated from a university in Japan or possess equivalent academic qualifications.
  • Be under 35 years of age.
  • Intend to study or conduct research in Indonesia, Australia, or the UAE.

Benefits:

For Indonesian, Australian, and UAE Recipients:

  • Round-trip airfare from the home country to Japan.
  • Full tuition coverage, including admission and entrance examination fees.
  • Monthly living allowance of ¥160,000.
  • Coverage of commuter pass costs for local transportation.
  • Preparatory or settlement allowance provided upon arrival in Japan.
  • Scholarship period: up to 2 years and 8 months.

For Japanese Scholarship Recipients:

  • Monthly stipend of ¥150,000.
  • Round-trip airfare between Japan and the host country (Indonesia, Australia, or UAE).
  • Scholarship period: up to 2 years.
