Presented by Cranfield University and supported by the UK Foreign, Commonwealth, and Development Office, the Chevening India Cyber Security Fellowship 2026–27 is a distinguished, fully funded ten-week program for mid-career professionals in India. With an emphasis on national security, internet governance, critical infrastructure protection, cybercrime, and the financial implications of adopting technology, especially open-source solutions, it provides advanced training in cybersecurity and cyber policy.
The fellowship, which runs from mid-March to the end of May 2026, pays for living expenses, airfare from India to the UK, and all program fees. Individual research projects are completed by participants, who then report their findings. While continuing to be a part of the Chevening global alumni network, the program offers fellows a wealth of networking opportunities with experts in the UK and India, allowing them to develop their leadership abilities and further careers in corporate law, technology journalism, policy-making, law enforcement, and related fields.
