Eligibility Criteria:
- In addition to being eligible for Japanese Official Development Assistance (ODA), applicants must be nationals of an ADB member nation.
- No candidate should be a dual citizen of any developed nation.
- Applicants must live and work in their home country at the time of application.
- After earning a bachelor’s degree, a minimum of two years of full-time professional work experience is necessary.
