Offering a 3-year fixed-term appointment at ADB headquarters in Manila, Philippines, as well as other duty sites where ADB operates, this esteemed entry-level career program at the Asian Development Bank (ADB) is available.

Eligibility Criteria :
- Citizens of ADB member nations are eligible nationalities.
- A bachelor’s degree is the minimum educational requirement.
- Economics, finance, business administration, engineering, the environment, law, social sciences, public policy, or similar fields are preferred topics of study.
- Postgraduate Qualification: It is preferred to have a Master’s degree or its equivalent.
- Professional Experience: Three years or more of relevant job experience, including internships.
- Relevant Background: It is advantageous to have prior experience with ADB’s operations.
- Age Requirement: Candidates must be less than 32 when they join ADB.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English is a language requirement.
