The Erasmus Mundus EMABG Scholarship offers students who are enthusiastic about agriculture, animal biodiversity, and genomics a fully funded opportunity. This program, which is hosted by six top European universities in France, the Netherlands, Sweden, Norway, and Austria, provides top-notch instruction and research opportunities. The Erasmus Mundus Joint Master in Animal Biodiversity and Genomics (EMABG) offers a living allowance of €1,400 per month in addition to complete tuition and travel fees. The goal of this scholarship is to produce qualified experts who can address the practical, scientific, and societal issues in genetics, biodiversity, and animal breeding. The EMABG program guarantees academic excellence and international cooperation in the agricultural sciences and is tailored to the demands of business, research, and the non-governmental sector.

Eligibility Criteria :

Education-Related Need:

  • a Bachelor of Science in Animal Science with a minimum of 180 ECTS.

For recent grads in similar fields:

Knowledge and proficiency in fundamental agricultural disciplines, such as:

  • Physics, Chemistry, Statistics, or Mathematics
  • Farm Animal Anatomy and Physiology, or Zoology
  • Economics, Microbiology, Genetics, and Botany

Additionally, one must possess the following knowledge and abilities in animal production:

  • Animal husbandry, nutrition, and breeding
  • Producing Crops or Managing Pasture

Language Prerequisite:

  • A high level of English proficiency is required for admission.

France, the Netherlands, and Sweden are the host countries.

Europe is the study destination.

Scholarship Level: Master’s or Postgraduate
