Eligibility Criteria :
- By August 2026, candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree in a STEM (science, technology, engineering, or mathematics) discipline.
- It is not necessary to have a master’s degree in order to be eligible.
- must have completed their undergraduate STEM program with a cumulative GPA of at least 3.9 on a 4.0 scale.
- must apply for or be accepted into Texas A&M University’s STEM PhD program starting in the fall of 2026.
- To be eligible to receive the fellowship, awardees must be accepted into the doctoral program.
- must be a citizen, permanent resident, or qualified noncitizen of the United States.
