For outstanding students from socioeconomically underprivileged households throughout the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region, the U.S. Department of State’s Tomorrow’s Leaders Program 2026 offers fully financed undergraduate and graduate scholarships. The program, which is run by the U.S.–Middle East Partnership Initiative (MEPI), provides complete tuition, accommodation, a living stipend, health insurance, travel expenses, and a laptop for the length of the study.
