Eligibility Criteria :
- Candidates must submit an application to a master’s or doctoral program at Washington University that is eligible.
- The McDonnell International Scholars Academy application and the graduate degree application are two different processes that candidates must submit separately.
- By the end of the 2025–2026 academic year (July 2026), applicants must have obtained or intend to earn a bachelor’s degree (or above).
- Undergraduate studies are not supported by the grant.
- All nations are welcome to submit applications.
- International graduate candidates with degrees from one of the Academy’s Partner Universities are given preference.
