Located in San Diego, California, in the United States, the Hansen Leadership Institute (HLI) 2026 is a fully financed program focused on international cooperation and leadership. Eligibility Criteria:
For International Applicants:
- Must be an undergraduate (final-year) or graduate student or have recently graduated.
- Aged 20–25 years at the start of the program.
- Demonstrated leadership potential in community, university, or professional activities.
- Have strong English proficiency (both written and spoken).
- No previous visit to the United States is preferred but not mandatory.
- Must possess a valid international passport by the application deadline.
For U.S. Applicants:
- Must be a U.S. citizen aged 20–25 years.
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a U.S. college or university.
- Have a proven record of community engagement and leadership experience.
