Applications for the USA’s Trinity Leadership Fellows Program 2026 are now being accepted; details for the 2026 cycle will be released shortly. This fully financed worldwide fellowship is intended for people from all around the world who want to lead with faith and improve their communities. The program, which is open to applicants who are at least 18 years old, assists fellows in developing new abilities, strengthening their leadership attitude, and creating deep relationships with peers and mentors.
The fellowship, which is provided by Trinity Church Wall Street, pays for all travel, lodging, and educational costs in addition to a $5,000 stipend and extra assistance with family care. In order to improve their leadership skills, fellows also have access to a range of courses and electives. Trinity works with bishops to assist in covering some of the salaries and perks of persons appointed to curacies.
The program starts with a week-long meeting in New York and lasts for two years. Fellows devote three to four hours a week to lectures, group sessions, online courses, and spiritual activities throughout their first year. The commitment changes to two to four hours per month for peer group and mentor meetings during the second year. After finishing, individuals become members of the Trinity Leadership Fellows group for life. Applications are encouraged from those who want to become influential religious leaders.
