TDRA BETHA ICT Scholarship 2026, UAE (Fully Funded)

The UAE’s Telecommunications and Digital Government Regulatory Authority (TDRA) ICT Fund offers the esteemed TDRA BETHA Program 2026. In order to meet the increasing need for local talent in the UAE’s ICT industry, it seeks to produce highly qualified Emirati professionals in ICT-related subjects such computer engineering, electronic engineering, computer science, and information technology.

The program offers living allowances, travel assistance, and full tuition coverage. Students pursuing undergraduate and graduate degrees must continue to do well academically, fulfill English proficiency standards, and sign up for authorized ICT courses. A No Objection Certificate from the UAE National Service Authority is also required for male applicants.

Nearly 1,900 academics have benefited from the BETHA Program since its inception, which has helped the UAE’s digital transition by creating a trained labor force that can propel economic and technical advancement.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Citizenship: You must have documentation from the civil registry proving you are a citizen of the UAE.
  • A minimum of 75% in secondary school or its equivalent is required academically.
  • Study Area: ICT-related specializations must be applied for.
  • Graduation Recency: Completed within the previous three years.
  • Employment Status: You cannot be employed at this time.
  • Scholarship History: No prior financial assistance or scholarships from other organizations.
  • Male applicants must present proof of completion or a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the National Service Authority.
  • Proficiency in English:
  • IELTS score of at least six
  • EmSAT ≥ 1430
  • TOEFL score of at least 510
  • SAT score of at least 480
