Young leaders, artists, students, and academics from all around the world are invited to attend the fully financed Young Artists Forum 2026 in Istanbul, Turkey. The Center for Strategy and Cultural Diplomacy (CSCD) is organizing the forum, which is set for February 15–17, 2026. It examines how art, strategy, culture, peacebuilding, and power interact in the twenty-first century. Participants who are chosen will receive fully sponsored assistance, which will include certificates, lodging, food, and return airfare. This is a special chance for up-and-coming artists and cultural leaders to interact, study, and network in a global setting while gaining insights into the role of art in creating society. Applicants from all backgrounds are encouraged to apply.

- Focus: A strong interest in public diplomacy is required.
