Eligibility Criteria:
- must be a citizen of an ODA-eligible nation.
- must fulfill all conditions for a Dutch residency permit and visa.
- must have submitted an application to be admitted to the Bachelor of Global Studies program.
- must meet the requirements for academic admission at Maastricht University.
- No prior higher education degree comparable to a bachelor’s degree is required.
- must be younger than 35 at the beginning of the school year.
- must be prepared to act as an ambassador for UM Global Studies both during and after the study period.
- Each candidate is only allowed to submit one scholarship application.
