The McCain Global Leaders Program (MGLP) 2026, a fully funded, 12-month international leadership program that combines online study with roughly 25 days of in-person involvement across three countries, including Greece and Vietnam, is currently accepting applications.
The program is available to applicants of all nationalities and will choose 25 up-and-coming leaders from around the world. There is no application cost. International flights, lodging, stipends, and visa fees are all paid.
The program’s 2026 theme, “Advancing Freedom, Defending Rights, Creating Opportunity,” represents a regional and global approach to leadership and gives participants the knowledge, connections, and viewpoints they need to effect significant and beneficial change both inside and outside of their communities. Eligibility Criteria:

- Career Stage: Designed for professionals with at least five years of professional experience who are mid-career to senior-level.
- Global Eligibility: Applicants are welcome to apply from any nation and professional experience.
