Eligibility Criteria:
- Nationality and Health: Candidates must be in good physical and mental health and not be Chinese nationals.
- Academic Requirement: A bachelor’s degree, which is comparable to a bachelor’s degree in China, is necessary.
- Graduating Students: Applicants graduating in 2027 must submit a pre-graduation certificate and obtain their degree by July 2027.
- Age Requirement: As of September 1, 2027, candidates must be under 35.
