KAUST Photonics Summer Camp 2026, Saudi Arabia (Fully Funded)

The Saudi Arabian KAUST Photonics Summer Camp 2026 is now accepting applications. The King Abdullah University of Science and Technology (KAUST) is the host of this fully financed international program, which gives students the opportunity to engage in immersive research on the KAUST campus.

Undergraduate and graduate students from all around the world are welcome to enroll in the four-week program. All costs, including lodging, meals, and program activities, are entirely covered, and there is no application fee.

In order to enhance their scientific and cultural experience, participants will have the chance to work in KAUST laboratories, take part in research projects, attend workshops, and go on field trips.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Candidates from all countries are welcome to apply to the KAUST Photonics Summer Camp (PSC).
  • Recent graduates, senior undergraduates, and current master’s students pursuing degrees in physics, electrical and computer engineering, or similar disciplines are all eligible to participate.
  • Candidates should have a GPA of at least 3.5 out of 4.0.
  • Participation in the program requires a high level of English language proficiency.
  • Applicants must exhibit sincere drive and enthusiasm for carrying out research initiatives.
  • The application does not require recommendation letters.
