- C1 on the Advanced English Certificate (CAE)
- Comparable outcomes from another certified English exam

- Enrollment Requirement: Not presently enrolled in a Flemish university (with the exception of overseas students enrolling in a master’s program that will begin in September).
- Program Exclusion: Students enrolled in distance learning, bridge, or preparatory courses are not qualified.
- All nationalities, with the exception of Russian, are eligible, provided they have a degree from outside of Flanders.
- grant Exclusivity: Not eligible to be paired with an Erasmus Mundus grant or another Flemish government scholarship
