The UN is currently accepting applications for the UN ECOSOC Youth Forum 2026, a significant international gathering. The meeting, which is in line with the High-level Political meeting on Sustainable Development (HLPF), will be held at the United Nations Headquarters in New York from April 14–16, 2026.
Every year, young people from various backgrounds come together to talk about problems and creative solutions pertaining to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Participants will interact with UN representatives, make connections with young people around the world, and broaden their global network.
Selected participants may receive an invitation letter to support their application for a US visa, and there is no application fee.
Eligibility Criteria :
- All nationalities are welcome to apply.
- Age Requirement: 18 to 35
- Eligibility: Available to young leaders across the globe who have demonstrated a dedication to sustainable development
- Engagement Opportunity: To promote young priorities and global problems, participants will engage with government leaders, youth delegates, legislators, civil society, and private sector partners.
United States (USA) is the host nation.
