Ecovay’s main global youth leadership initiative, the Future Leaders Assembly (FLA), brings together 150 exceptional people from all around the world, ages 15 to 50. Tirana, which is rapidly becoming known as one of Europe’s most vibrant and forward-thinking capitals, will host the 2026 edition.
FLA 2026, which is organized by Ecovay, is a global forum for discussion, education, and cooperation with an emphasis on youth leadership, innovation, social impact, and sustainable development. The program’s goals are to enable participants to put ideas into practice, develop their leadership abilities, and create significant international networks that go well beyond the event.

- Applicants must be between 15 and 50 years of age at the time of application
- Open to individuals from all nationalities and diverse backgrounds, ensuring global representation
- The program is conducted entirely in English, so participants should be comfortable communicating and engaging in English
- It is not necessary to take the TOEFL or IELTS.
