Tennessee State University Scholarship in USA 2026 | Fully Funded

For the 2026 intake, Tennessee State University in the United States is providing fully financed Master’s scholarships to international students. A graduate research assistantship with full tuition, health insurance, and a monthly living stipend is offered by the program.

Applications are being accepted for an M.S. position in Soil Health and Regenerative Agriculture at the Department of Environmental Science’s Regenerative Soil Health Laboratory, which will be overseen by Sougata Bardhan. Students will take part in multidisciplinary research on topics such as agroforestry, biochar and organic amendments, soil health assessment, soil-plant-microbe interactions, cover cropping systems, and connections between soil micronutrients, food quality, and human health.

In order to provide important practical research experience, fieldwork will be carried out in conjunction with farmers, extension specialists, and partner universities throughout the Southeastern United States.

Eligibility Criteria :

  • B.S. in agriculture, ecology, agronomy, soil science, environmental science, or a similar discipline
  • strong enthusiasm for both outdoor and lab-based research
  • Extremely driven to work in multidisciplinary agricultural systems research
  • Although not required, prior expertise in soil sampling, laboratory analysis, or agricultural fieldwork is preferred.

The United States is the host nation.

Scholarships for Postgraduate and Master’s Programs

All countries are eligible.
