AFRIKA KOMMT! Fellowships 2026-2028, Germany (Fully Funded)

For its 15th intake, the AFRIKA KOMMT! Fellowship 2026–2028 has reopened certain places, providing African professionals with a priceless chance to obtain industry experience in Germany and pave the road for long-term employment. The program is intended for professionals in the early to mid-career stages of their careers in engineering, business, and technological sectors, and it is supported by prominent German corporations like Robert Bosch GmbH.

AFRIKA KOMMT! integrates professional growth in Germany with job prospects in German corporations’ African operations, in contrast to numerous international fellowships that just concentrate on training. Through direct connections to international corporate recruitment pipelines, this innovative strategy greatly improves participants’ long-term employment chances.

The curriculum offers significant professional progression chances, corporate placements, and practical training. It is completely supported. Candidates from Morocco, Egypt, and South Africa who meet the company’s employment requirements and visa priorities are eligible to apply for the current intake. This raises the chances of success for skilled professionals even while the eligible group is small.
