The Pan-Atlantic University Mastercard Scholarship offers gifted Nigerian undergraduates a fully supported chance to realize their potential and follow their academic aspirations. It covers full tuition fees, accommodation, and living expenses, along with mentorship, leadership development, internship opportunities, and career support. Over the next ten years, Pan-Atlantic University, the first university in Nigeria to collaborate with the Mastercard Foundation on this project, hopes to empower and educate 650 scholars. The program’s goals are to give students access to a top-notch education, cultivate future leaders with strong leadership and entrepreneurial abilities, and encourage social responsibility. Additionally, it encourages students to make constructive contributions to their communities while providing them with professional networks, mentoring, and real-world experience to help them succeed in their jobs.
Eligibility Criteria :
- must exhibit exceptional academic performance.
- should demonstrate a strong capacity for leadership.
- Financial need must be demonstrated.
- Applications from female candidates interested in STEM subjects are encouraged.
- Young persons who have been internally displaced are qualified.
- Applications from young people with disabilities are encouraged.
- must demonstrate a dedication to give back to their community.
- English, math, and three other pertinent courses (the arts, sciences, or social sciences) must be completed in no more than two sittings for a minimum of five credits in WAEC, NECO, GCE, or NABTEB.
- English language proficiency and any combination of three disciplines from the arts, sciences, or social sciences are required, as is a minimum UTME score of 220.
Nigeria is the host nation.
