International students from all around the world are welcome to apply for fully financed Master’s and PhD degree programs under the Colombia Government Scholarships 2026–2027. Computer science, engineering, business and management, and development studies are only a few of the many subjects covered by the scholarship. While PhD courses can run up to 36 months (3 years), Master’s programs last 24 months (2 years). There is no registration or application cost needed, and the application procedure is entirely free and done online. This competitive program offers about fifty scholarships. It pays for all significant costs associated with studying in Colombia. If an applicant’s prior schooling was in English, they do not need to take the IELTS, but others might need to show that they are proficient in the language.
