Judicial Fellowship Program 2026, USA (Fully Funded)

The Judicial Fellowship Program 2026 in the United States, a fully financed international opportunity for legal professionals seeking experience to law, justice, and public policy around the world, is currently accepting applications.

The two-week program will begin in Washington, D.C. on September 26 and end in Charlottesville on October 10, 2026. Academic presentations, institutional tours, and interactive debates will all be part of the program.

The fellowship, which is run by the Presidential Precinct in association with the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Foundation, unites up-and-coming judges from various backgrounds to discuss the function of courts in democratic administration.

Enhancing participants’ comprehension of judicial systems within democratic frameworks—including issues like the rule of law, judicial independence, transparency, and access to justice—is the program’s main goal. Fellows will have the opportunity to interact with judges, legal scholars, policymakers, and practitioners, gaining insights into how legal institutions address contemporary challenges.

The fellowship also promotes peer education and cross-cultural communication, which enables participants to exchange experiences from their native countries and create enduring professional networks. After completing the program, fellows will be better prepared to support democratic ideals, bolster justice systems, and contribute to legal reforms in their local communities.
