Eligibility Criteria :

  • must be a citizen of any nation other than New Zealand and cannot be an Australian citizen, an Australian permanent resident, or a New Zealand citizen.
  • must plan to start full-time Higher Degree by Research (HDR) courses in Australia during the award year.
  • Students who enrolled and withdrew within six months or who began an HDR the year before but were unable to apply for the scholarship owing to time constraints may also be given consideration.
