In addition to providing financial assistance, the Flinn Scholarship is a highly esteemed and fully funded merit-based undergraduate prize in the United States that offers a life-changing opportunity for leadership and personal growth. Opportunities to work with eminent academics, interact with commercial, civic, and community leaders, and form deep connections with a network of accomplished peers are all beneficial to scholars. The curriculum prepares students for influential careers in a variety of sectors, including science and technology, the arts, public service, and civic leadership. It places a strong emphasis on leadership, community service, and professional development.
The scholarship, which is worth more than $135,000, offers a complete funding package that includes full tuition, required fees, housing, meals, and study abroad opportunities at one of Arizona’s top three universities: the University of Arizona, Arizona State University, or Northern Arizona University. In addition to financial assistance, Flinn Scholars take part in research projects, community service projects, mentorship programs, and unique leadership programs, all of which contribute to a comprehensive undergraduate experience.
