Chengdu Sister City Scholarship 2027, China (Fully Funded)

The Chengdu Municipal People’s Government funds the esteemed Chengdu Sister City Scholarship, which is administered by the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China. In order to promote academic interchange and bolster international collaboration, the scholarship is intended to draw gifted international students from Chengdu’s official sister cities and cooperative partner cities.

This fellowship especially targets applicants from partner cities with established ties to Chengdu, in contrast to many Chinese national scholarship programs that welcome submissions from students worldwide. This focused strategy frequently reduces the number of applicants, giving qualified students a great chance to continue their education in China.

The scholarship helps students in a variety of academic fields at the undergraduate, graduate, doctoral, and non-degree levels. One of China’s top universities for engineering, technology, science, and innovation, the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China, offers recipients the chance to study there.

Students who study in Chengdu have access to a vibrant academic setting, a quickly expanding technological industry, and a city renowned for its creativity, entrepreneurship, and excellent standard of living. In addition to receiving financial aid for their education, recipients of this scholarship have the chance to participate in cross-cultural interactions, create global networks, and obtain a better comprehension of China’s educational and technical environment.

Through higher education, the program plays a significant role in fostering long-term alliances, cultural understanding, and educational collaboration between Chengdu and its sister cities worldwide.
