DAAD Master’s Scholarships 2027 for All Disciplines (Fully Funded)

The German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD) is currently accepting applications for the DAAD Master’s Scholarships 2027 in Germany. International students pursuing postgraduate studies in all academic fields in Germany are supported by this fully subsidized program. For chosen applicants, the scholarship offers a living income of €11,208 annually, a monthly rent subsidy, and a travel allowance. It is intended to fund advanced or artistic postgraduate programs (3rd cycle) as well as Master’s programs (2nd cycle). The largest international academic exchange funding agency in the world, DAAD encourages international cooperation, research, and networking among scholars and students. Eligibility Criteria :

  • By the time the scholarship-funded program starts, candidates must have earned their first university degree.
  • A Master’s degree, a postgraduate degree leading to a final qualification, or a non-degree complementary course (not undergraduate level) are all acceptable study alternatives.
  • You can study at any state-run music college in Germany.
  • Generally speaking, at the time of application, the first university degree shouldn’t be more than six years old.
  • Depending on the particular institution of music and the applicant’s academic standing or field of choice, age restrictions may change.
  • Candidates who have been in Germany for more than 15 months at the time of the application deadline are ineligible.
  • Before beginning the scholarship, applicants must fulfill the program’s language proficiency requirements.

Benefits of the scholarship include a full scholarship, an annual stipend of €11,908, travel expenses, and housing assistance.

  • Start Date: Typically, the study program starts on October 1st of the following year, however it can start earlier if a prerequisite German language course is needed.
