- Inter-jurisdictional consideration may be used for candidates who have ties to a Rhodes constituency but do not fit the eligibility requirements.
- Candidates must be between the ages of 18 and 24 as of October 1, 2026, with a few exceptions for medical graduates and those who finished their first degree later than usual.
- must have earned an undergraduate degree that satisfies the prerequisites for admission to the selected program at the University of Oxford, or anticipate doing so by July 2026.
- It is highly desirable to have a GPA of 3.70/4.0 or above or a First-Class Honors degree (or its equivalent).
