Eligibility Criteria:
- need to be a national of a nation other than China.
- To be eligible for a bachelor’s or master’s scholarship, you have to be under 45 years old.
- For the purpose of applying for faculty or doctorate scholarships, one must be under 50 years old.
- must be enrolled full-time at a CSC foreign partner university or work full-time as an academic staff member there (see the CSC Foreign Partner List).
- must possess a letter from HIT inviting them to apply or serving as a pre-admission letter.
