Applying African citizens to postgraduate programs at several African institutions is now possible through the Pan African PAPSSN Scholarship (Intra Africa Mobility Scheme). The Pan African PAPSSN Scholarship pays for monthly stipends, a settling-in allowance, health, accident, and travel insurance, as well as return flight and visa charges. Participation costs include tuition, registration, and service fees.

The European Education and Culture Executive Agency’s (EACEA) Intra-Africa Mobility Scheme provides funding for the Pan African PAPSSN Scholarship (PanAfrican Planetary and Space Science Network) initiative.
With a concentration on STEM and ICT sectors, particularly planetary and space sciences (PSS), PAPSSN seeks to build a mobility program for students, academic staff, and support personnel across partner institutions in Botswana, Ethiopia, Nigeria, South Africa, and Zambia.

- Have adequate proficiency in the language required for the courses at the host universities.

Benefits:
- The scholarship offers a monthly stipend for subsistence:
- 1230 euros for candidates pursuing PhDs
- For MSc candidates, 890 euros
- 1230 euros for students

- Within the parameters of the grant, insurance coverage (health, travel, and accident) will be given for the term of the scholarship.
