Eligibility Criteria:
- The only people who can apply are Egyptian nationals who live in Egypt.
- Dual-nationality students are not encouraged.
- Candidates must have graduated from an accredited university with a bachelor’s degree or its equivalent.
- The chosen field of study must be connected to the bachelor’s degree.
- Within two academic years, candidates must finish a 50-credit academic Master’s program.
- There is a required 8–10 week summer field experience in the middle of the program.
- Candidates must work for at least two years straight in Egypt’s development sector after graduating.
- It is necessary to have at least two years of relevant work experience.
- For the academic MDP program, all prerequisites must be completed.
- Applications are strongly welcomed from students with backgrounds in mathematics, statistics, economics, and liberal arts.
- Minimum scores of 100 on the internet-based TOEFL (with at least 22 in each section) or 7 on the IELTS (with at least 7 in each section) are needed to obtain an English proficiency certificate.
