Chevening India Cyber Security Fellowship in the UK 2025 | Fully Funded

Through the Chevening India fellowship, which is supported by the UK Foreign, Commonwealth, and Development Office, the Chevening Fellowship 2025 provides practical experience. This 10-week fellowship, which is based at the Defense Academy of the UK’s Shrivenham Campus, covers policy, legislation, national security, crime prevention, and privacy rights with a concentration on cyber security.

Cyber risks, risk assessment, cybersecurity, cyber governance, and critical infrastructure protection are all covered under the fellowship. It also looks at consumer protection, cybercrime, the economics of online firms, and the legal issues that arise in cyberspace. Chevening Fellows acquire knowledge, skills, and networking opportunities that equip them to effect positive change in the world. Alumni frequently pursue professions in policy organizations, cybersecurity, and law enforcement. The Chevening India Cyber Security Fellowship provides lifetime access to a global network of support.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Must be an Indian citizen who resides there at the moment.
  • must be determined to finish the fellowship and go back to India.
  • not be eligible to hold dual or British citizenship.
  • At the time of application, a minimum of ten years of work experience is required.
  • Must hold a postgraduate degree in engineering, science, or technology with outstanding academic credentials, or possess comparable professional training or experience in a similar sector.
  • Must possess relevant experience in academics, business law, law enforcement, policy organizations, or journalism covering cybersecurity or cyber policy must exhibit a proven track record of leadership.
  • must be creative in their thinking.
  • A strong mastery of the English language is required.
  • must abide by the rules, regulations, and expectations of the fellowship.
  • Must not be a worker, a former worker, or a family member of a worker for the British Council, a UK university that sponsors you, the Association of Commonwealth Universities, or the government of His Majesty
