Eligibility Criteria:
- A full-time undergraduate program in computer science, software engineering, computer engineering, or similar subjects must be the goal of the high school senior.
- must intend to enroll in a four-year American college or university that has received accreditation.
- must prove a substantial need for financial aid, which is usually determined via the Federal Student Aid Application (FAFSA).
- A minimum cumulative GPA of 2.3 on a scale of 4.0 is required (or equivalent).
- Must be a citizen or lawful permanent resident of the United States.
