Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidates must be citizens of one of the specified qualifying nations.
- Evidence of at least two years of relevant professional experience is required.
- To be eligible for the Belgium Scholarship, one must be proficient in the course language, comprehension of reading comprehension included.
- It is highly recommended that women apply to Belgium for the ARES Scholarship.
- Candidates may submit one application per course.
- Must hold a diploma equal to an undergraduate degree for other programs, or a graduate-level degree for advanced master’s and continuing education courses.
Benefits:
- The round-trip flight in economy class will be paid for.
- A living allowance will be given to each scholarship recipient; the amount may vary according to the training program.
- International students enrolled in master’s programs will be the only ones eligible for an additional payment if the visa application fee is above €200.
- The insurance costs will be paid for by ARES directly.
- Reimbursement for travel expenses will be granted upon receipt submission.
- With Belgium’s fully financed ARES scholarship, overseas students can attend university in Europe for free.
