The Central European University (CEU) Scholarships 2025 in Hungary are now accepting applications. For the 2025–2026 academic year, international students from any country may apply for the CEU Scholarships. Students who want to study for a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD at one of Hungary’s top universities are eligible to apply for these scholarships. Undergraduate tuition fee scholarships and fully funded postgraduate scholarships are available through the program. At CEU, there are more than 50-degree programs offered in 17 departments, and all courses are taught in English.
Undergraduate students receive tuition fee support, whereas Master’s and PhD students receive full scholarship funding.
Furthermore, there are no application costs at CEU, and students can apply with an English Proficiency Certificate in place of a TOEFL or IELTS score. Talented students now have a fantastic opportunity to study in Hungary without having to take the IELTS exam.

Eligibility Criteria:
- All nationalities living abroad are welcome to apply.
- In order to be admitted to a Bachelor’s degree program, applicants must hold a high school diploma or a certificate of equivalent.
- A transcript or certificate from an undergraduate program is required for admission to a Master’s program.
- Candidates must hold a Master’s degree in order to be admitted to a doctoral (PhD) program.
- For all applicants, proof of English language ability is necessary.
