the American Association of University Women (AAUW), USA, is offering a partially financed fellowship through the AAUW International Fellowship Program 2025. This fellowship, which is available to students worldwide (with the exception of Americans), funds graduate and postgraduate work in any subject at recognized US universities. The annual fellowship award ranges from $20,000 to $50,000 and is renewable based on academic achievement.
By the time of application, candidates must have applied to their preferred US university and hold a bachelor’s degree that is equivalent to one in the US. The program’s goal is to produce leaders in industry, academia, government, community action, the arts, and science. It is available to women from all countries. Fellows have to make plans to go back home after their studies are over. The program has assisted 3,600 women from more than 150 countries since it began in 1917.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Women in all fields of study are welcome.
- Must be a foreign national or, if living in the US, possess a non-immigrant visa.
- Must hold a degree that is on par with a bachelor’s degree in the US.
