The World Bank Youth Summit 2025 Competition, a fully financed opportunity for young people worldwide, is currently accepting applications. At the World Bank Headquarters in Washington, D.C., finalists will get the opportunity to showcase their concepts. For chosen participants, the World Bank will pay for lodging, travel costs, and a stipend.
The summit, which will be held on May 19–20, 2025, is the World Bank’s biggest annual gathering for young people and will attract thousands of participants from around the globe. The goal of the 2025 Youth Summit is to enable youth to address the most important issues confronting their generation. This premier event invites participants to submit creative concepts and answers to problems facing global development. Everyone is encouraged to apply.
Eligibility Criteria :
- All citizens of the nations that make up the World Bank Group are welcome.
- Every team member needs to be from a nation that is a member of the World Bank Group.
- Candidates must be between the ages of 18 and 35.
- We strongly encourage people from a variety of backgrounds to apply.
- The participants will present their creative concepts.
- At least one of the following thematic pillars must be addressed by the suggested solutions: Empowering Change through Creative Industries, Climate Action & Resilience, or Data-Driven Transformation. Solutions that are scalable and cross-thematic across several pillars are also encouraged.
