Eligibility Criteria:

  • Admission to the University: Candidates must apply to and be accepted into a Swedish master’s program that meets all admission standards and requires payment of tuition.
  • Work Experience: You must have at least 3,000 hours of documented work experience, which can come from volunteer work, internships, or full-time or part-time jobs.
  • Leadership Experience: Through their employment history or involvement in civil society initiatives, applicants must exhibit leadership experience.
  • Previous Education in Sweden: Candidates cannot have previously attended Swedish universities or obtained a degree from one of those institutions.
  • Swedish residency: Prior to the start of the scholarship period, applicants cannot have spent more than two years in Sweden.
  • Other Scholarships: Candidates must not have received a SI master’s scholarship before.
