Are you prepared for a leadership experience in Malaysia that is completely funded? Applications for the 2025 Harpswell Leadership Summit are currently being accepted! This hybrid program, which is open to women from Nepal and ASEAN nations, combines online learning with an in-person leadership course at University Sains Malaysia from September 13–21, 2025.
In May, the program starts with virtual introductory sessions. From June to August, experts lead bimonthly virtual talks. In addition to working in small groups and developing their leadership skills, participants will investigate regional issues. A week-long immersion training that includes seminars, site visits, workshops, and networking opportunities marks the program’s conclusion.

Eligibility Criteria:
- Open to Nepali and ASEAN women between the ages of 25 and 35.
- Each of the ten ASEAN nations will have two participants chosen from among them.
- Candidates must exhibit a keen interest in social change and women’s leadership.
- Academic or professional accomplishments should demonstrate leadership potential.
- Participants must to be open to interacting, exchanging, and developing in a multicultural setting.
- Proficiency with the English language is necessary.
