The Taiwan ICDF Scholarship Program 2025 offers a fully funded opportunity for international students to pursue undergraduate, graduate, or Ph.D. programs in Taiwan. Partnering with 23 universities under the Taiwan International Cooperation Alliance (TICA), the program covers tuition, airfare, housing, credit fees, insurance, textbooks, and a monthly stipend.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Candidates must be citizens of a nation that qualifies and fulfil certain requirements established by their government.
  • They must not be considered foreign national students or citizens of the Republic of China (Taiwan).
  • Applicants must fulfil the partner university’s admission standards in order to be considered for the scholarship.
  • During the academic year, they must not have received any other government-sponsored scholarships from ROC (Taiwan).
  • Candidates must be spotless, have no history of having a scholarship withdrawn by any government agency or institution in Taiwan, and have never been expelled from a Taiwanese university.
