Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidates must be citizens of a nation that qualifies and fulfil certain requirements established by their government.
- They must not be considered foreign national students or citizens of the Republic of China (Taiwan).
- Applicants must fulfil the partner university’s admission standards in order to be considered for the scholarship.
- During the academic year, they must not have received any other government-sponsored scholarships from ROC (Taiwan).
- Candidates must be spotless, have no history of having a scholarship withdrawn by any government agency or institution in Taiwan, and have never been expelled from a Taiwanese university.
