Are you prepared to travel to Bulgaria for the summer? The INSAIT Summer Research Fellowship 2025 is currently accepting applications! International students from all around the world are welcome to apply for this fully sponsored 8–12 week internship. There is no application fee needed.
Under the guidance of INSAIT faculty, the fellowship seeks to engage students in research projects. The program, which is hosted by Sofia, Bulgaria’s Institute for Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, and Technology (INSAIT), provides a rare chance to collaborate in cutting-edge research areas. It’s an even more exciting time to visit because Bulgaria recently joined the Schengen Area.

Eligibility Criteria :
- undergraduates who are presently enrolled in an accredited institution’s bachelor’s degree program.
- Undergraduates in their first year are also encouraged to apply.
- Candidates must be majoring in one of the STEM fields—computer science, mathematics, physics, or engineering, for example.
- On a 4.0 scale, a minimum GPA of 3.5 is necessary.

Benefits :
- Monthly Stipend: To help with living expenses, students will receive a €1,500 monthly stipend.
- Accommodation: INSAIT will supply lodging and pay for it.
- Travel Expenses: INSAIT will pay for all travel expenses.
- Visa Assistance: Selected participants will receive assistance with their visa applications.
- Vacation: During the summer fellowship, participants can take advantage of vacation time.
